Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged only if you receive the wrong size or a defective product.
  • A $50 courier charge per product will be applicable for size exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges, if applicable.

Size Verification

  • Please ensure the correct fit by referring to the size chart available on each product page.
  • Exchanges will only be approved for defective or incorrect items. Kindly verify your size before placing an order.

One-Time Exchange

  • Each product is eligible for one-time exchange only.
  • Any further exchange requests for the same product will incur additional charges.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size.
  • Exchanges for different designs or products are not permitted.

Exchange Fee for Discounted Items

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers will incur exchange charges.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • In case of any issue with your order, you will receive store credit instead of a refund.
  • Store credit can be fully used on your next purchase.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • With original packaging and tags intact

Damaged / Wrong / Defective Product

  • Any issue related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Reverse Pickup Policy

  • Reverse pickup is subject to courier availability in your area (based on PIN code).
  • Pickup will be attempted only once.
  • If the pickup attempt fails, the customer must self-ship the product to the company address.

Clearance Sale Policy

  • Clearance sale products are NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
  • These products may include old stock and may have minor micro defects.
